Shipping information

1. Dispatch locations

Peach Skin 120gsm tablecloths ship from our US warehouse in California. This fabric is available in four standard tablecloth sizes: Round-60in, Rectangle-55×70in, Rectangle-60×86in and Rectangle-60×120in. Oxford 170gsm and Canvas 280gsm tablecloths ship from our warehouse in China.

Orders containing items from both locations may arrive in separate parcels. Delivery arrangements for samples, commissions and business orders are confirmed separately in writing.

2. Shipping charges

• US-origin shipping: US$8.96 for a shipment weighing up to 5 kg.
• China-origin shipping: US$11.95 for a shipment weighing up to 5 kg.

These rates apply to supported destinations. Shipping charges for items dispatched from different locations may be combined at checkout. The final charge and available delivery options are shown before payment. For an order above 5 kg, or a destination with no available rate, please contact [email protected] before ordering.

3. Dispatch and delivery timing

In-stock and made-to-order items may have different preparation times. The relevant estimate will be shown with the product or at checkout. Unless a different period is agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is entered into.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees where events outside our reasonable control affect a carrier, border or address. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you and explain the available options.

4. International orders

International availability will be shown at checkout. Unless checkout expressly says that import charges are included, the recipient is responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees charged on arrival. Customs processing can add time beyond the carrier's estimate.

5. Tracking, delays and loss

Where tracking is included, details will be sent to the email address used for the order. If a parcel is late, damaged in transit or appears lost, contact [email protected] with your order number. We will check the shipment and work with the carrier on the appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.

6. Delivery addresses and failed delivery

Please check that the name and delivery address are complete and accurate before paying. If an address needs changing, contact us promptly; a change may not be possible after dispatch. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect address or an uncollected parcel may be charged where the law permits.

Do not send returns to the registered office. It is not a customer returns address. Read our returns and refunds policy and contact us first for the correct return instructions and approved address.
